- Achieved PCI Level 1 certification across all systems and Azure infrastructure — coordinating with Infrastructure and CISO teams.
- Coordinated with Infrastructure and CISO teams to design, implement and maintain a full Azure environment — including Front Door (WAF), App Services, SQL Server PaaS, and Key Vaults — ensuring PCI Level 1 compliance.
- Led the migration from a .NET Framework 4.6 monolith to .NET Core 8, adopting a clean layered architecture (API → Domain → Repository → Infrastructure) as a pragmatic step toward a more modular and maintainable codebase.
- Established deployment cadence, pull request conventions, bug severity classification, and pipeline automation.
- Coordinated roadmap planning with COO and CEO, balancing business continuity, PCI compliance, technical debt, and new features.
- Coordinated the implementation of online PIN generation for cards, working with providers and the technical team to ensure secure end-to-end flow.
- Led the adoption of DUKPT encryption for card data, coordinating with the team to meet security and compliance requirements.
- Oversaw a live production database migration from MySQL to SQL Server — moving data with zero downtime while keeping all systems operational. Schema migration is planned as a next phase.
