Beyond the CV
Theatre. Guitar. Books. Weights. A daughter. A life in progress.
Theatre
Theatre started as a way to explore my expressive side — and it turned into one of the most transformative things I've done. Little by little, stepping onto the stage helps me release everything. I become different people: a lawyer, an inspector, a slacker. It's where I play, where I'm free, where introversion has no rules.
There's something about being in front of an audience that no meeting room can replicate. The preparation, the nerves, the moment when the lights come on — it's the kind of presence that makes you forget everything else. And the people you share the stage with become something close to family.
Voice acting class was the spark. Theatre was the fire.
Guitar
I took guitar classes for a while — I haven't gone back yet, but I practice everything I learned. There's something about translating an emotion into a chord that no spreadsheet can replicate. When words aren't enough, the guitar usually is.
Fitness
I work out every day — at least an hour. Weights, basketball. The diet? Still a work in progress. But that's the point: showing up consistently, not being perfect. The gym taught me more about discipline and resilience than any leadership book ever did.
Voice & Locucion
I took a voice acting (locución) course that changed how I communicate — on stage, in meetings, and in everyday life. Reading out loud became a daily habit: it sharpens concentration, builds vocabulary, and keeps the craft alive. It was also the spark that led to something bigger.
Podcast
Together with my mentor and friend José Montero, we took our mentoring sessions public. What started as hours of conversation about leadership, people management, and growth became a podcast on Spotify — because maybe someone out there needed to hear it too.
Listen on SpotifyBooks
A chapter a day — sometimes two books at a time. Reading out loud when I can, to practice the diction I learned in voice acting class.

Historia"Everything I do, I do it for her too."
Being a father is the most important role I'll ever play. I work hard because time is short and I want her to grow up knowing what it looks like to give your best — every single day. This one stays private, but she deserves a mention.
