Stoicism led me to psychology. Psychology led me to better leadership. Leadership led me to the stage, the guitar, and the weights. Not everything was planned — but I've learned to make it all connect.

I happen to build software for a living — but that's a different page.

I'm not perfect — I skip the diet sometimes, I haven't gone back to guitar class, and I'm still figuring things out. But I show up every day. A stoic who enjoys the chaos. An introvert who performs on stage. A father who works hard because time is short and life is worth living well.

I genuinely believe we could all live better — if we tried a little harder to understand ourselves and each other. That's what drives me. Every single day.
